HIBBING, Minn.—The Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers overcame a 10-point first half deficit and went on to defeat the Floodwood Polar Bears 61-55 in the Section 7A Final game at Hibbing Memorial Arena. Sarah Overbye had a huge game scoring 19 points and her sister Charlotte added 12.

The MI-B Rangers came out smokin^ and built a 17-1 lead early over the Cook County Vikings in the Section 7A semifinals. Cook County came alive and finished the half on a 23-11 run. MI-B controlled the second half and came away with the 66-57 victory behind Charlotte Overbye^s 39 points. Cook County guard Ashley Deschampe had 31 points in the losing effort.
